Beautifully Divine LLC Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beautifully Divine LLC! We work hard to get your items ready as fast as possible and want you to love your fit. Please review our shipping rules and exchange conditions below.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

• Orders are packaged and processed within 1 to 2 days.

• We process orders daily, including weekends and holidays.

• Packages are handed over to the carrier on the next available postal business day.

• You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is created.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

• We ship domestically within the United States using USPS Standard Shipping.

• Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive once received by the post office.

• Please note: Mail does not move on Sundays or official postal holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Beautifully Divine LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.

• If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Exchange Policy (All Sales Are Final)

All sales are final. However, we offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability, under the following strict conditions:

1. Contact Us First: You must email us at beautifullydivinellc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Your 3-day window begins the exact day USPS marks your package as "Delivered."

2. Return Window: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition: Items must be completely unworn, free of all odors/smells, and have all original tags firmly attached.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to send the item back to us.

Note: Once we receive and inspect your item to verify its condition, we will ship out your new size!
